Welcome to Casa Lima! A four-bedroom, two story, Swahili style Villa located in Mambrui, on the coast of Kenya. Casa Lima boasts a serene location directly on the beach, a few steps away from the Indian Ocean.
The Indian Ocean
Casa Lima is located a few steps away from the Indian Ocean, a prime location for snorkelling, morning walks and fresh seafood.
Dining
An optional component of your stay at Casa Lima is our private chef. Our chef specialises in Swahili cuisine, fresh seafood dishes, and can cater to you and your families dietary requests.
Swahili Furniture
Casa Lima is furnished with local Swahili furniture. Each room has it's own twist, and holds collections from various Swahili artists across the Kenyan coast.
About
Just a three-minute walk to the ocean, Casa Lima offers everything you need to enjoy the perfect holiday with your family and loved ones. The three exterior verandas offer a range of seating areas, a flat-screen T.V with Netflix, Wi-Fi, and a work from home desk. The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of high-quality cookware to make you feel at home.
With two swimming pools to choose from, morning walks to the golden beach of Che Shale and fishermen delivering seafood at your doorstep every morning, Casa Lima is the perfect way to disconnect.
La Casa
Casa Lima has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are two bedrooms and a large patio/veranda on each story of the house. Casa Lima also offers a third veranda at the back of the house. The two downstairs rooms are both airconditioned and each have their own bathroom. The two bedrooms upstairs do not have air-conditioning due to their location and exposure to the breeze from the ocean. The upstairs bedrooms share one bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, and our guests find that the ceiling fans alone are sufficient to sleep comfortably at night.
Bedrooms
Every bedroom in Casa Lima has a double bed, and a built in wardrobe. Additional beds and furnishing can be organised for larger groups and families or upon request if deemed appropriate.
Work From Home
With the everchanging work climate, we decided to build a coastal work from home corner. At Casa Lima, our guests can connect to our fast Wi-Fi and work remotely on the verranda.
Kitchen
Casa Lima has a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove top, oven, coffee machine, pots and pans and all other cooking utensils. Coffee and tea are complementary and included in your booking.
Location
Casa Lima is part of a gated, secured compound with other villas in the Coral Sea Villas corporation. The Coral Sea compound comprises 24/7 security and is gated all around. The compound is located in Mambrui, only 15 Kilometres away from Malindi Town, surrounded by an array of restaurants, bars, antique shops, craft markets, and everything else that the Kenyan coast has to offer. Watamu is located 20 Kilometres away, and is easily accessible by car or taxi.
